Safe and Secure Operation: Equipped with a hydraulic bypass valve to protect against entrapment, plus a key-protected manual release to enable manual operation during power failures. Hydraulic locking ensures the gate remains secure in both open and closed positions.
Position and mount the hydraulic operator with included hardware.
Install the control board inside the UL-listed enclosure and connect wiring (power, receiver, accessories).
Program RF transmitters and test the 433?RC receiver.
Install mechanical stops at both open and closed positions to prevent overtravel.
Test manual release functionality with power off.
Run operational cycles to verify rapid, smooth motion and secure hydraulic locking.
UL325 Compliance: Since February 2016 in the U.S., this operator requires a monitored photoelectric safety device or it will not operate.
Dual-Gate Conversion: You can turn this kit into a master/slave (bi-parting) system by adding an operator-only unit (Part No. 1042071).
